How do I know what size to order?
Measure their foot — heel to longest toe — and match it to our chart. Size 1 fits up to 11.5 cm, size 2 up to 12.5 cm, size 3 up to 13.5 cm, size 4 up to 14.5 cm, size 5 up to 15.5 cm. Between two sizes? Take the larger one. The knit cuff holds a slightly roomy pair in place and they'll grow into it within weeks.
What if I get the size wrong?
Tell us within 30 days and we'll send the right size free. Don't post anything back — keep the first pair, pass it to a friend or hold it until they grow into it.
Can they be worn outside?
Yes. The sole is real rubber with a grip pattern, made for pavements, grass and playgrounds. For deep snow or heavy rain we'd still reach for proper boots.
Are they good for a baby just learning to walk?
That's what they're built for. The flexible sole lets them feel the ground, which is how balance is learned, and the wide toe box lets toes spread to catch their balance. They work from pre-walking right through to confident running.
Will they actually stay on?

How do I wash them?
